About the ordering system

All of KukuClara dolls have a limited quantity, and each of the series may have a different sales system.

Information regarding a new release will be uploaded on the homepage, flickr, blog and facebook.

1. Order of receival
-Sales will start on a preannounced date, and orders will be taken in the order that they are received.
Orders can be placed through our homepage, or by email.

2. Random draw
-You can participate in the sales event at a preannounced date by email. A notice regarding the purchase method will be sent to the members whose names has been drawn.

* Your purchase will be shipped out 10~20 days after your payment has been confirmed.  In case the mailing date has been announced on the product information page, the product will be shipped out on that date.

* Please make sure your email address is recorded correctly on your order, as an order confirmation email and shipping email will be sent to you automatically.
