About After Service


*In case a product is faulty, please contact us and resend it to us within 90 days of the product being shipped out to you.
As a refund or exchange is available only during this period, please be aware of this After Service period. After this period, you will be charged for making an exchange.
In case of cancelling your order, please note that the transaction charge for PAYPAL or bank transaction will not be refunded.

An exchange of the product is offered only when the product is faulty.

Refund of the product is offered only when the package has not been damaged, or when the product is faulty. In the case of a refund due to customer's change of mind, the round shipping fee will be on the customer's charge.  

 

 A customized product cannot be exchanged, refunded, or provided with After Service.
*Please note that After Service may not be provided if you do not have the purchase certificate of the doll.

*In case of a refund, please return all the items included in the purchase.

*Site points cannot be exchanged to cash.

Exchange of products that were damaged due to the customer's fault may receive paid After Service within 3 years.
However, in case there is no stock, this may not be available.

To inquire for After Service, please upload your picture and inquiry on the Q&A board. We will check the picture and confirm whether After Service is available, along with a cost estimate.

In case of doll parts exchange or repair, please send us the purchase certificate. We do not resend the damaged doll parts to you when sending you the exchanged or repaired parts.

Please use the KukuClara homepage or a certified dealer when purchasing KukuClara products. After Service for purchases from other sites may be limited, and exchange and refund of faulty products may be limited.
