Only exchange or refund will be accepted.
☆ Only products(only dolls) purchased at KukuClara official home are eligible for exchange or refund, in period of a month(of 30 days) from the day of delivery.
☆ After a month(after 30 days) has passed from the day of delivery, no exchange or refund will be accepted even if the product(the doll) is found defective upon opening.
☆ In case of stock depletion in the initial month(30 days) period,

When is an exchange/refund available?
-An exchange or refund is available within 7 days of receiving the product. However, if the box has been opened, or the box has been damaged, and therefore lost value of commodity, an exchange/refund is not available.
