How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below: -> The order process is as below.

Step 1: Search for products.

Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.-> Log in with a member ID or proceed to non-member order

Step 4: Fill in the order form.

Step 5: Proceed with payment.

Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

Payment can only be done using Paypal. If you do not deposit your payment within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled.

  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

In case of a faulty product, you will receive compensation based on the Consumer Dispute Resolution Criteria announced by the Fair Trade Commission. 

 When is an exchange/refund available?

-An exchange or refund is available within 7 days of receiving the product. However, if the box has been opened, or the box has been damaged, and therefore lost value of commodity, an exchange/refund is not available.

-If the product you received is different from the advertised product, you may receive an exchange/refund within 3 months of receiving the product, and within 30 days of acknowledging the difference. (In case all stocks are gone, you will be given a refund)


 When is an exchange/refund NOT available?

-The product has been lost or damaged due to consumer's carelessness.

-The box has been opened, or the box has been damaged, and therefore lost value of commodity.

-The product has noticeably lost value of commodity due to the consumer's use or consumption of the product.

-Due to a long period of passing, the product has noticeably lost value of commodity due to a long period of time passing, and cannot be resold.

-The packaging of a product that can be copied is damaged.

-Partial exchange or after-sales care (Exchange/refund of the whole product is possible)

 In case of a refund due to a change of mind, the shipping fee will be charged on the customer.


<Exchange & Refund Policy>

-A minor or indistinct dent, foam, mole or scratch that is generally not visible is not cause for an exchange or refund.

-Minor asymmetry of the painting, individual difference between the shape or color, or minor uneven condition of the paint is not cause for an exchange or refund.

-Individual difference of the hair length and styling, minor uneven condition of the hair rooting that is not visible when the hair styling has been done, is not cause for an exchange or refund.

-Individual difference of the length and details of the clothing that is generally not visible, minor uneven condition of the stitching and minor smudge on the clothing is not cause for an exchange or refund.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
